long time no type.

Been busy/overwhelmed with real life.

It's 2am tuesday morning, and tomorrow the plumber will come to fix the leaky garden tap. Because my kiwi cannot get it to turn off fully after he cleaned the roofs/gutters last Thursday.

We also will be expecting a cable guy to come disconnect some tv channels, we're going to downgrade to the absolute minimum package - 13 channels, to save money.

Then we also will be going to the bank to cash a paycheque, and pull $ out of my POSB account to deposit into my local checking account.

And also going to buy some toys for my brother, and a suitcase big enough to fit the toy. Rock Band 2 Bass Fender Guitar. Umm yeah, okay......


Next Tuesday morning, we will be at the airport. Lining up here, queueing up there. Taking off our shoes, get scanned, et cetera. Going via United Airlines through chicago and hongkong to arrive in singapore. Hopefully no horrendous delays which will lead to staying overnight somewhere. 30 hours of total flight and transit time is enough.

I can't wait to get to Singapore again. And with Kiwi this time. But I have worries. I worry that even if the friend who looks after our fur-kids is a wonderful person, the kids would get stressed and worried and Brownie would lose his fur like earlier this year.

I worry what would happen to the house since we're away for almost 2 months. Yes, we have a monitoring system, and we plan to leave housekeys (in case of emergency) with Kiwi's friend, you never know what might happen.
